Gentle Hatha Yoga Online

Please allow 40 minutes for this gentle Hatha Yoga practice.

This is an opportunity for you to explore your practice at home. There are no expectations. Be gentle, and if you need any further support please do not hesitate to reach out by commenting below.

You may like to have a block when we fold our body and so the ground can be brought closer to allow comfort in your yoga practice. You may also like a blanket for Shavasana (at the end) where we have our final relaxation.
