Hugely beneficial for people suffering:

  • Anxiety
  • Stress
  • Overwhelm
  • PTSD
  • Relationship abuse
  • Misdirection
  • Grief
  • Eating disorders
  • Sleep troubles
  • Chronic pain
  • Chronic fatigue
  • Depression
  • Split personality

Feel free to reach out prior to ask any questions you may have. Please note this workshop can be explored in a chair, there are no physical limitations to the workshop. Just let Jen know prior.

How does it work?

  • Trauma & stress are defensive reactions (where we fight, flight or freeze). This response is still being activated (or rather, re-activated) even though the actual experience is over. To physiologically ‘let go’, we must touch in again.
  • Bringing your physical reality and your neurological reality in sync
  • Changing the neurological pathways in the brain, to cultivate safety in the body, feel emotions and be empowered and present in the mind.
  • Empowerment and ability to make new connections
  • Understanding of Self and self worth
  • Interoception – perceive feelings from inside our body
  • Cultivating present moment experience

Jen is lovely, kind and warm and very calming and completely non judgemental which made me feel safe.
I realised how beneficial I found this course when I had missed a session and it had made me feel as if I really had missed something that my soul was liking to have part of my life.
I think everything about the course was great.

When I participated in Jens yoga workshop for Trauma I felt that Jen had created a beautiful, safe and warm environment where I was able to completely let go. Jen has the skills, expertise and the compassion to allow you to be at ease in your body and safe in your environment and is there ready to support and guide if and when something arises. I recommend Jen’s classes to anyone who has experienced any traumatic experience past or present. Thank you Jen!

Jen’s trauma workshop was exactly what I needed. I have done a few relaxation classes and flirted with mindfulness and yoga for more than 15 years. Few people can capture the delicate balance that a system with PTSD needs though – to guide to that fine line that stays in relaxation without growing feelings of anxiety and flashbacks. Jen was perfect and together with her I found a place within myself of relaxation and safety that I haven’t been able to visit for more than 3 years. 10/10 would do again. Thanks Jen you’re a gem!!
