- Module 2 – Trauma Sensitive Yoga, Trauma Informed Yoga, Trauma Theory, Neuroscience, Attachment Theory
Month 2
- Module 3 – Present Moment Experiencing, Movement, Choice, Rhythms, Muscle Dynamics, Spatial Awareness, Touch, W.O.T
- Module 4 – Nervous System, Window of Tolerance, Polyvagal Theory, Personal Care
Month 3
- Module 5 – Breath, Meditation, Mindfulness, iRest
- Module 6 – Findings and Practice
Each month you will receive; one on one meetings (online or in person), lectures, practical work, professional development, videos / audios, reflections and recommended reading / papers, access to specific classes (online and in person), frequent contact time throughout the programme.
