Yoga Therapy & Allied Health Assistant
An evidence based practice with a holistic approach

Trauma Sensitive Yoga

My practice revolves around empowering people to release emotional traumas from the physical body. We do this through practices including yoga, somatic experiencing, breath work, mindfulness, self soothing and self regulation techniques.

I work with the body to heal, bottom up processing in a somatic driven practice. The body remembers what our minds may not.

After an intense chapter of my own journey, I now have an evidence and research based practice including; Yoga, mindfulness, somatic experiencing, breath-work and self regulation.

I work with people in their physical body, moment to moment.

In Healing Trauma With Yoga we do not go into the story, we do not bring up the past cognitively (this is not talk therapy), instead we use our physical body to release emotional trauma, blockages and wounds out of our physical body, connecting with the present moment and so we can heal from within.

A safe space to be.
